Online Purchases

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. We have the right to refuse any return that is not in it's original condition.

• Online returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

• Store credits never expire and can be used online or in our brick and mortar locations.
  
  

• Returns may be brought to either of our brick-and-mortar locations or shipped back using a prepaid mailing label.

• A $7 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all mailed returns.

• Store credit never expires and cannot be transferred to another person.

In-Store Purchases

• Items purchased in store may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange only.

• Store credits never expire and can be used online or in our brick and mortar locations.
  
  

• Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Final Sale Items

• All gowns, promotional items, and sale items are final sale.

• No exceptions.
