Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. We have the right to refuse any return that is not in it's original condition.

All gowns, promotional items, and sale items are final sale. No Exceptions.

Online returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Store credits never expire and can be used online or in our brick and mortar locations.

Returns may be brought to either of our brick-and-mortar locations or shipped back using a prepaid mailing label.

A $7 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all mailed returns.
