Returns + Exchanges

Online returns are to be made within 30 days of purchase unworn with tags still attached. Returns can be made free by dropping them off at one of our brick and mortar locations or returned with a mailing label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your credit.

When we receive your return and deem it acceptable, we will email/text you a store credit for the items you returned. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your return credit. 

Store credits never expire and can be used in-store and online. 

All sale items and gown purchases are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
