Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. We have the right to refuse any return that is not in it's original condition.

Gowns purchased online can be returned for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping. We have every right to deny a return based on the condition of the product when it reaches our store. All gown purchases also have a 15 minute cancellation window.

Promotional items, and sale items are final sale. No Exceptions.

Online returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Returns may be brought to either of our brick-and-mortar locations or shipped back using a prepaid mailing label.

A $7 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all mailed returns.
